Ingredient benefits

Macaroni Noodles
The affordability and versatility of pasta make it a kitchen staple for the average American. Pasta gives you lots of energy and is known as the ideal pre-marathon food. Usually what makes pasta unhealthy is the toppings. Use the toppings that fit your dietary restrictions and you don’t have to avoid pasta to live healthily.

Turmeric Tea
For generations, turmeric's played a key role in Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest health systems. Turmeric supports the joints, immune system, and digestive tract.

Cheddar Cheese
Cheddar cheese is high in both protein and calcium. Although cheese is often vilified for its high saturated fat content, recent studies have revealed it may not have the negative health impacts we thought. Despite the saturated fat, cheese does not have the negative effect that you may expect and the protein helps keep you full and satisfied.

Milk
There are many sources of milk that offer a variety of health benefits. Choose the type that fits your dietary requirements, but don’t avoid full-fat milk. Fat has been given a bad reputation historically but the truth is coming to light. Eating fat doesn’t make you fat. It actually makes you feel full and satisfied, two things missing from many of the highly processed junk foods the average American eats today.
