Ingredient benefits

Coconut Milk
Fat has gotten a bad reputation. Historically the public has been led to believe that fat is harmful, but many types of fat including coconut milk can be incredibly beneficial. The first thing most people notice when they take coconut milk for the first time is the improved mental clarity.

Turmeric Tea
Turmeric tea is the star superfood of 2018. People are just getting to know about the benefits of this ancient spice. It tastes great in a wide range of savory foods like curries and stir-frys.

Mixed Vegetables
Vegetables are the foundation of the majority of healthy diets around the world. Try to get a wide variety of colors of veggies. The more color you eat, the more diversity of nutrients your body can enjoy. This recipe uses butternut squash and zucchini.

Rice
Rice has been a staple food for people for millennia. It provides a lasting source of energy for people to power their day. White rice is a blank canvas which allows the flavors of yellow curry to really shine.
