I LOVE this protein powder!
This is the first protein powder that I have found that I truly LOVE. It blends so easily and smoothly, without adding any flavor. I am lactose intolerant, and I have had ZERO digestive issues with this. I used to stir it into my morning oatmeal, lately I have been blending it with a fruit and some lactose-free milk! 1c strawberries. 1c milk. 2 scoops of this powder. Its like the strawberry milk I used to love as a child. And my new favorite is: 1 cup papaya. 1 scoop protein, and splash of water to thin it out! Its like a creamy tropical dessert! I love experimenting with and enjoying this easy way to boost my protein intake.
Absolutely love that there is no artificial sweetener in this. Really good mixed with Almond milk.
Excellent, mixes well in hot fluids. No bitter aftertaste
My wife had gastric bypass surgery in Oct 2021, today she has lost 61lbs. We were at our wits end on finding a whey protein she could drink. Why you might ask? When you have the surgery you're told that your taste will change. Boy did it ever! No artificial sweeteners, no stevia or derivatives. All of which caused "dumping syndrome". And, she could only tolerate warm to hot fluids. Talk about a head scratcher! This is the only whey I could find without sweetners, and dissolved in what works best: hot teas with a tsp of honey. Yeah, yeah honey with gastric bypass, but she can tolerate it, get her daily protein, fluids and keep losing the weight
It is whey protein that comes from milk produced by cows that eat grass as their primary diet.
Absolutely. It’s great in pancakes, muffins, bread, and many other recipes.
Our whey mixes easily into your drinks and recipes. It’s been mixed with a small amount of sunflower lecithin. This reduces the grittiness and allows it to mix quickly.

On average, they spend 90% of their time outside on pasture during the year. They are free to roam around paddocks and exhibit natural behaviors. Our cows are happy and contented, and we are internationally recognized for our high standards of animal welfare.

There are so many ways to use whey protein. You can mix it with water or milk and have a shake. You can also add it to your coffee, tea, or juice. Blend it in a smoothie. Mix it in your baking recipes. Try it with yogurt or oatmeal. You can mix whey protein with almost any drink or recipe.
You don't need protein powder if you get enough protein from your typical diet. Natural foods such as eggs, chicken, beef, pork, beans, fish, milk, and many more foods contain significant sources of protein. However, if you don't get enough protein from your usual diet or if you don't feel like eating meat, protein powder is a very convenient way to meet your daily protein requirements.
